Description
Primary Health Medical Group is seeking a qualified Operations Front Office Manager applicants for a full time position located at our Administration Office in Garden City. 

Status: Full time 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Operations,at his discretion to direct, supervise, outline and achieve the successful implementation of Primary Health Medical Group projects, related to overall company front office operations.
  • Manage and oversee key operational processes related to all front office demands, including the ability to deal with all front office projects as assigned. Including but not limited to developing an expertise in analysis of our front office workflows and process within our electronic records system.  
  • Ensure compliance with all special project initiatives through tracking, trending and outcome analysis. When necessary, provide technical support and/or training to others.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure relative to front office; create tools for rating and monitoring; and develop, refine and streamline work flows related to these key front office processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate and lead work groups in all activities necessary for the successful development, implementation and completion of front office projects. This includes effective implementation of all research analysis to determine feasibility and cost benefit; action plan development; training; tracking and monitoring progress; and providing status reports before, during and after implementation.
  • Work closely with other managers to ensure positive outcomes and maintain superior customer service to all areas of the organization.
  • Serve as a contact for the Operations group to coordinate activities between multiple functional areas within the organization.
  • Record meetings, information and project/process support.
  • Monitor and report the status of the Front Office Operations Projects short and long term goals and objectives.
  • Work with outside vendors to research and develop opportunities for lower costs and enhance revenue.
  • Support Director of Operations with other projects as assigned.   

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of college studies, degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years in supervisory role in the medical field. Clinic operations and Supervisory Experience required.
  • History of effective work with staff and physicians and medical leadership to affect positive outcomes.
  • Requires high level thinking, organization, leadership, employee supervision experience and project management skills.
  • Experience leading staff with focus and attention on front office processes, skills and needs and an outstanding customer service ethic.
  • Familiarity and ease of use of data systems, data mining and analysis, excellent documentation skills.
  • Workflow development, presentation materials and experience and comfort with presenting to large and small groups and excel spreadsheets and other appropriate tracking and presentation software.
  • Excellent computer skills, use of presentation software, data analysis and tracking.
  • Must be able to sit/type 6 hours of 8 hour shift. Some lifting of files and other supplies, less than 20 lbs.
