Primary Health Medical Group is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to float to our busy urgent care and family practice clinics and to work our Occupational Health Flu Shot clinics (to start in the Fall). 
As the first person seen by our patients and other customers, the Medical Office Receptionist must be friendly, have exceptional communication skills and a professional appearance.

Status: Casual

Schedule: Varies

Responsibilities:

• Providing quality customer service
• Greeting patients
• Data entry of demographic and insurance information
• Making appointments
• Answering phones
• Scanning and faxing patient information
• Collecting payments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping a professional and calm composure. Computer proficiency is required. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Position ends mid-November when candidate may be eligible to move into a permanent clinic position.
