Description
Primary Health Medical Group is seeking a full time Regional Clinic Administrator to supervise a regional group of Clinic Administrators in order to provide support, training and oversight of the management of the day-to-day operations of the clinics. The Regional Clinic Administrator additionally oversees assigned operational teams and is responsible to oversee staffing management and staff evaluations.
Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Daily assistance to Clinic Administrators with problem resolution in clinics
- Oversee assigned operational team(s)
- Responsibility for Key Work Processes relative to assigned operational teams
- Staff evaluations
- Staffing oversight
- Ensure operational and regulatory processes and rules are being adhered to
- Project management
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 or more years of direct medical office management experience in a primary or specialty care clinic setting (including supervision of staff).
- Knowledge of business operations including budgeting, supply ordering and facilities management.
- CMPE preferred.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of electronic health records systems to include basic front office, back office, and provider functions. eClinicalWorks experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve.
- Ability to provide supporting documentation as well as create clear and logical instructions/training materials and training.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to assist with both employee and patient issues.
