• Perform facility repairs as necessary and as competency/licensing allows.
• Complete interior and exterior maintenance.
• Perform necessary painting, minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Be available to move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Spot clean carpets, walls, furniture when needed to insure our facilities are in excellent condition at all times.
• Perform outside maintenance at designated clinics, including mowing, weed control, all landscape and yard maintenance, snow removal and parking lot cleaning.
• Complete other miscellaneous tasks as needed – i.e., hang signs and pictures, change light bulbs, sprinkler blowouts, change filters, clean higher areas of facilities, etc.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall patching, and painting. 
• The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Must be able to use e-mail effectively and  have positive telephone skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, Climb stairs to roof, climb and use an extension ladder, sit for extended periods of time, use a lawn mower and weed eater.
• Must have clean driving record.
