Primary Health Medical Group is seeking qualified Helpdesk Technician applicants for a full time position located at our Administrative Office in Garden City. The ideal candidate will be exposed to some of the latest technologies within a successful business environment. The chosen candidate will receive on the job training to add to your IS/IT knowledge base.
Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, plus on call support
Responsibilities:
Primary Health Medical Group has 19 clinics throughout the Treasure Valley. Most clinics are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, so we have a variety of schedules available including 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Supports end users on a variety of issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, emails, ticket system, and personnel requests for technical support
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Assist Network Administrators with the inventory and lifecycle management of the desktop environment
- Ability to work independently with limited or no supervision
- Desktop and basic network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, browsers, Helpdesk system and Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013
- High School Diploma Required
- IS/IT degree, certification or equivalent experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Idaho Driver's License and proof of insurance
- A+, MCDST certifications, or comparable skills highly desired
