Your Day.


As a Junior Staff Accountant you need to know how to:
 

  • Enter accounting information into business logs
  • Reconcile statements and balance ledgers for regular reports
  • Assist CFO with budgets (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Organize and update financial records
  • Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist CFO to review statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Locate discrepancies and resolve errors between reports, accounts, and line items
  • Conduct Payroll Audits
  • Work with CFO to reduce costs and enhance revenue
  • Work with internal and external partners to resolve financial discrepancies


Your experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including ability to generate and interpret spreadsheet data
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team member
  • One year experience in medical facility highly desired
