Your day.


As a Human Resources Coordinator, you need to know how to:
 

  • Participate in the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly payroll processes
  • Complete data entry of forms required for new hire processing
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports when directed by management
  • Work with the HR team and employees in regards to employee leave of absence policies
  • Conduct verification of employment
  • Perform all work duties and activities per company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new software programs

  • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Must be able to switch tasks frequently and smoothly

  • Compliance with company policy and other policies related to the use, disclosure, and storage of confidential employee information, as well as protected health information
  • Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza
